Refill Policy: It is important for your treatment that medication be taken consistantly and that patients not run out of medication.

Our office policy is that we monitor medication carefully and that our patients should have enough medication and refills to last until their next office appointment.

Therefore, we are unable to fufill medication refill requests that are faxed to us by pharmacies. Please do NOT ask your pharmacist to fax a refill request or call in a refill request. We are able to assist you to make sure you do not run out of medication if you contact us directly either by calling the office at 310.207.8880 or using the form below.
